PALA will be a petitioner in the matters before the Judicial Body for protection and benefits of the interest of association members.

PALA will identify the needs of skill development in the Sector of Sound and Light service providing Industry and related industries including taking steps to prepare catalogue of types of skills, range and depth of skills to facilitate choice to individuals. To develop a skill development plan for the Sector Sound and Light service providing Industry and related industries and maintain skill inventory. To determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in consonance with the Sector norms.
